These terms govern your use of estrilenth.icu and participation in workshops, membership, or private events offered by De Pijp Wheelhouse (Emilie Vos), Van Ostadestraat 88, 1072 ST Amsterdam, Netherlands. Dutch law applies.

1. Studio services

Workshop places, membership packages, and private sessions are offered subject to availability. A booking or membership is confirmed only when we accept your enquiry and any required payment or intake is completed. Prices shown on the site are indicative and may change; the fee confirmed at booking applies.

2. Studio conduct and safety

Participants must follow studio safety guidelines, respect equipment and other makers, and leave work areas tidy. We may refuse or end participation if behaviour endangers people, property, or the collective atmosphere of the studio.

3. Cancellations

Workshop cancellations and membership notice periods are confirmed in writing when you book or join. Memberships cannot be paused; cancel with the notice period stated at intake. Private events may require a deposit.

4. Website content

Content on this site is provided for general information. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions, schedules, or prices are complete or error-free at all times. Images are illustrative of the studio atmosphere.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by Dutch law, De Pijp Wheelhouse is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or studio services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence, or for injury where such exclusion is not allowed.

6. Intellectual property

Site text, branding, and design belong to De Pijp Wheelhouse or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
